The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional Summer Intern to join our investment team immediately, starting on Monday, 13 July 2026, for an 8-week internship in our London office.

This is a highly hands-on role. From day one, you’ll be meeting founders, taking first calls and helping us identify the next generation of Europe’s most ambitious entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Founder Sourcing

• Research and identify exceptional founders across Europe.
• Build sector maps around emerging technologies and trends.
• Develop relationships with founders before they raise capital.
• Attend events and represent Concept in the ecosystem.

First Calls & Founder Meetings

• Conduct introductory calls with founders.
• Assess founder quality, ambition and market opportunity.
• Write investment notes and recommendations for the team.
• Surface the most exciting opportunities directly to the partners.

Investment Support

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist with diligence and reference calls.
• Support internal projects and improve our sourcing processes.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Obsessed with startups, technology and entrepreneurship.
• Highly curious and commercially minded.
• Confident speaking with founders and asking thoughtful questions.
• Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
• A strong written and verbal communicator.
• High energy, low ego and eager to learn.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
