In the varied and practical role of a Fund Finance student trainee, you will work at the interface between financial reporting, investor communication, money laundering prevention and strategic special projects .
Your work is essential to effectively manage our funds, reliably serve our investors, and support the investment team – so we can focus on what matters: investing with true impact!
Tasks
- Support in the preparation of investor reports, capital calls and distributions
- Maintenance and evaluation of financial data (e.g. monthly reports, KPIs of portfolio companies)
- Assistance in preparing presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support with investor communication and administrative tasks
- Collaboration in the area of KYC and money laundering prevention (e.g. documentation, investor onboarding)
- Research and special projects as required (e.g. benchmarking, market analyses)
qualification
- Ongoing studies in business administration, finance, economics, commercial law or a related field
- Interest in venture capital, start-ups and impact investing
- Very good knowledge of Excel and confident handling of numbers and data
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Team spirit and motivation to learn new things
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Ideally availability for at least 8 months with 16-20 hours per week
