Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the investment team in due diligence processes.
- Assist in screening and identifying investment opportunities aligned with our thesis.
- Manage the deal flow pipeline, including external communications and analytics.
- Research Web3 technology and market trends to identify investment themes and uncover promising startups.
- Support deal sourcing by identifying promising startups and founders early in their journey.
- Provide operational support to the investment team and partners.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and crypto is essential. Previous experience in a blockchain-focused role is highly advantageous.
- Experience in startups, private equity, venture capital, or angel investing is a plus, particularly in Web3/crypto-related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, effective research.
- Strong commercial insight and analytical skills for assessing people, business models, and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent thinker with the ability to form and articulate well-founded opinions.
