Nothing about this will be normal. We’re looking for curious and self-motivated individuals who want to learn by doing, building real experience inside a highly active venture firm.
We’ve converted our internship program into a fellowship program and we’re expanding it by hiring more than just one person per year, but a full cohort. Breaking into venture is hard. Most venture roles require experience that’s difficult to get without already being in the room.
We want to help create that pathway.
K Street Capital is launching a small venture rotational program for 2–3 high-agency, entrepreneurial individuals seeking hands-on exposure to working in an early-stage venture capital firm.
This is a true rotational experience with exposure across multiple parts of the business, including:
→ Investment Research & Diligence — market research, memo writing, company analysis, and investment workflows
→ Deal Sourcing & Ecosystem Development — events, founder outreach, webinars, pipeline building, and identifying new opportunities
→ Marketing & Platform Operations — newsletter research, campaign analytics, content workflows, and broader platform initiatives
Start Date: July 2026
Commitment: 1 year
