✔️ What H/L’s Venture Fellows do:
• Run targeted diligence (deal screening, market mapping, comps, customer/buyer interviews, memos)
• Join portfolio sprints and research projects where domain insight moves the needle for our investments

✔️ Who tends to thrive:
Investment analysts, GTM, PMs, operators or domain specialists with real-world experience who want meaningful exposure to investment process and portfolio support – without leaving their day job. Prior exposure to investments (VC/ PE/ IB/ Family Office/ Angel) is helpful.

✔️ Structure:
Paid (hourly) fellowship with flexible hours and sector ownership. US-based candidates (remote ok).
