THE ROLE
Askya is seeking to recruit a Venture Capital Fellow. The successful candidate will work closely with the team in driving all aspects of investments, including defining segments of interest, sourcing investment opportunities, conducting research, writing investment memorandums, conducting due diligence and supporting transaction execution. In addition to investments, the successful candidate may also be involved in fundraising and firm operations.

Key skills required for the role include research, writing, synthesis and quantitative skills, understanding of Africa’s economic & political context, ability to work under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment, execution capabilities, perfectly fluent in English, and ideally French too.
