Massive Tech Ventures
Most finance roles put you in a support function. This one puts you at the center of the firm.
At Massive Tech Ventures, our Controller works directly alongside the Managing Partner, owns the financial and operational infrastructure of the firm, and shares in the upside of the investments we make together. You’ll have real autonomy, a small tight-knit team, and a front-row seat to some of the most interesting early-stage companies being built today — with carry in our funds to match. This is a genuine path to COO or CFO of a venture firm that is just getting started.
About MTV We are a sector- and geography-agnostic early-stage VC firm two funds in, managing approximately eight legal entities across our funds, GP entities, and management company. We are lean, remote, and deliberate about who we bring onto the team.
