What You’ll Do:
As a Private Equity Associate, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the investment lifecycle:
- Deal Sourcing & Origination: Identify and cultivate exciting investment opportunities across the energy transition space.
- Investment Analysis & Due Diligence: Dive deep into market dynamics, financials, and operational performance to identify key drivers of success.
- Transaction Execution: Work on structuring, negotiating, and closing deals that make an impact.
- Portfolio Management: Partner with portfolio companies to optimize performance and unlock value.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of trends to identify new opportunities in the ever-evolving energy sector.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking investment banking professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the following areas:
- Energy, Power, Infrastructure
- Project Finance
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Leverage Finance
