Role Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically rigorous Associate to join our investment team as one of the first team members of a newly formed early-stage VC
• You will build deep relationships with founders, lead diligence workstreams, and work toward independently owning deals.
• The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, with a strong background in life sciences and experience in biotech / pharma strategy, due diligence, or investment advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full diligence workstreams, including scientific, clinical, regulatory, etc.
• Synthesize scientific and commercial insights to present to our Investment Committee
• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and portfolio company management.
• Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, KOLs, and VCs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD) with experience in a relevant field such as neuroscience, bioengineering, pharmacology, immunology, molecular biology or a related field.
• Experience in biotech/pharma strategy, due diligence, or investment advisory
• Passion for venture capital, entrepreneurship, and breakthrough medical innovation.
• Prior experience working with startups or early-stage companies is highly valued.
