Inflect Capital: Platform Associate

💼 Role: Platform Associate 📍 Location: NYC or SF strongly preferred ✅ Experience: 1-6 years of experience Inflect Capital is an early-stage evergreen healthcare venture fund backed by one of the nation’s largest physician groups: 8,000+ clinicians serving 13 million patients annually across 30+ states. We invest in the people and ideas reshaping the future of healthcare. We’re looking for a Platform Associate who is scrappy, organized, and relentlessly proactive — someone who thrives in ambiguity and turns ideas into action. You’ll help shape the foundation of our platform: how we support founders, mobilize our clinician network, and scale our community and brand. Working directly with our investment partners and portfolio founders, you’ll sit at the center of Inflect’s ecosystem, connecting people, building systems, and amplifying our presence across healthcare and venture. ➡️ What You’ll Do: ‣ Build the Inflect platform: Launch events, communities, and collaborations for our founders and partners ‣ Drive fund operations: Own processes, portfolio data, CRM management, and continuously improve all internal systems ‣ Amplify our voice: Create content that tells Inflect’s story and highlights insights across social, newsletter, etc. ‣ Scale with AI: Build internal tools that enhance research, operations, and communication ➡️ What We’re Looking For: ‣ You have 1-6 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup ops, sales, events, venture, or something entrepreneurial. ‣ You have exceptional organizational skills and love creating structure and processes ‣ You love vibecoding and trying new AI tools.
