We are seeking an Investment Associate to work full-time with senior management. This role involves comprehensive research, deal scouting, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in blockchain and crypto projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research and evaluation of blockchain projects.
• Analyze tokenomic models and investment terms.
• Gather and analyze data systematically.
• Maintain the portfolio and investment target database.
• Prepare asset valuation and shareholder reports.
• Prepare portfolio reviews for senior management.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Agile and self-taught in handling datasets and CRMs, and data gathering.
• Positive, entrepreneurial, and ambitious mindset.

• Strong work ethic, honesty, and transparency.
• Suitable for those beginning or continuing their career in Crypto Venture Capital.
Compensation Package
The compensation package will be based on relevant experience and includes an attractive fixed salary. Additionally, performance-related bonuses will be linked to the overall success of the company, with a bonus pool distributed based on individual contributions. Successful candidates will also gain access to our stock option plan, awarded after demonstrating their value over time.
