As an Investment Associate (m/f/d), you will quickly assume responsibility for the following tasks:
- You will play a key role in the entire process, from deal acquisition and intensive analysis of companies to deal structuring and negotiation, active support, and exit.
- After a short time, you will increasingly take on responsibility in day-to-day portfolio management.
- You will support the closing of new deals in continuous collaboration with an Investment Manager (m/f/d) and the management.
- Your tasks will include collaborating with different people, getting to know numerous industries, and daily contact with new business models.
(Y)OUR SKILL SET & PERSONALITY
Due to our cross-industry investment focus, we value diverse perspectives and a diverse team. Therefore, we particularly welcome your application if you have a background in computer science, natural sciences, or related fields. Experience in business, finance, or economics, whether through internships or studies, would be especially advantageous.
- Ideally, you bring experience from the VC world, a start-up or other high-performance environments such as private equity, investment banking or strategy consulting, e.g. through relevant internships, professional activities or similar experiences.
- You have a hands-on mentality and a lot of team spirit.
- Your analytical skills are highly developed and you are very knowledgeable in the field of finance.
- You have a completed degree in economics or a technical field.
- Accurate and reliable handling of sensitive data is a matter of course for you.
