As an Investment Associate (m/f/d), you will take on responsibility for the following tasks after a short time:
- You will play a key role in the entire process, from deal acquisition to intensive company analysis, deal structuring and negotiation, as well as active support and exit.
- After just a short time, you will take on increasing responsibility for day-to-day portfolio management.
- You support the conclusion of new deals in constant cooperation with an investment manager (m/f/d) and the management.
- Your tasks include working with different people, getting to know numerous industries and coming into daily contact with new business models.
(Y)OUR SKILL SET & PERSONALITY
Due to our cross-industry investment focus, we value a variety of perspectives and diversity in the team. Accordingly, we are particularly pleased to receive your application if you have a background in computer science, natural sciences or similar areas. Experience in business, finance or economics, whether through internships or studies, would be particularly advantageous in this context.
- Ideally, you have experience from the VC world, a start-up or other high-performance environments, such as private equity, investment banking or strategy consulting, e.g. through relevant internships, professional activities or similar experiences.
- You have a hands-on mentality and a lot of team spirit.
- Your analytical skills are strong and you are well versed in the area of finance.
- You have completed a degree in economics or a technical subject.
- Working accurately and reliably with sensitive data is a given for you.
