Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate in Venture Capital Division working in Deal Origination / Syndication. The Junior Associate will reporting the the Director of Venture Capital and be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to assigned leads and helping to structuring investment opportunities, participating in due diligence processes, and supporting the execution of investment transactions.
Qualifications
- Financial analysis, research, and deal structuring skills
- Strong understanding of investment principles and financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital is a plus
