About the Role

We are looking to hire an Investment Associate with strong technical skills and relevant work experience to join our growing team at our Tel Aviv office. Associates play a critical role in all aspects of the investment process and interact with team members at all levels. As an Associate, you will research and develop theses on new investment sectors, conduct due diligence on potential investments, support portfolio companies, and source proprietary deal flow.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player with experience handling a wide range of due diligence, analysis, and related tasks, and able to work independently with guidance and team support.

Core Responsibilities

1. Investment Sourcing & Market Research

  • Identify and engage potential investment opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Develop investment theses by researching key industry trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive market dynamics.
  • Maintain market maps and track competitive landscapes across the core investment sectors.

2. Due Diligence & Investment Execution

  • Conduct thorough business, financial, and technical analysis of potential investments.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), financial modeling, and valuation analyses.
  • Perform technology assessments and competitive market reviews to determine investment viability.
  • Support the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal decision-making and investor updates.

3. Portfolio Support & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies in fundraising, financial strategy, market expansion, and business development.
  • Monitor and track portfolio performance, identifying areas where strategic support is needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders.
  • Participate in key ecosystem events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen deal flow and brand presence.

Required Experience &

  • Skills: 2- 3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, and private equity.
  • A technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) with a strong understanding of AI and cyber technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with financial modeling, valuation, and market research expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in Hebrew and English – must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with early-stage startups and an understanding of the venture capital investment framework.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required.
