• Support projects from idea generation to realization and spin-off
• Visualize ideas and thoughts in a comprehensible and actionable way (presentation, mind map, etc.)
• Taking on your own operational tasks in various areas (marketing, relations, business development, etc.) – depending on your desire and ability
• Support fundraising by creating business cases and pitch decks
• Most importantly: Enjoy communicating. Across all digital media and, of course, in direct contact. Internally and externally, in dialogue or with the world via LinkedIn & Co.

• First professional experience in a related field desirable (agency, VC, consulting, startup)
• No fear of bold decisions and responsibility
• Experienced in dealing with digital media & all forms of digital channels & tools
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of German and English
