Job Description:

Arc is looking for a full-time Pre-MBA Associate with 3 – 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or commercial real estate to be an integral part of its growing team and provide vital support for acquisitions, asset management and investor reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and intellectually curious, thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and be instrumental in building a dynamic company. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Financial modeling of new and existing investments

· Conduct due diligence and manage the closing process of new investments

· Prepare Investment Committee memos and investor reporting to capital partners

· Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets

· Prepare quarterly / annual reports and assist in budget review process

· Implement property-level business plans

· Assemble and review economic, demographic and other market information

Qualifications:

· An intellectually curious, resourceful and proactive team player

· BS/BA required. Ideally suited for those with strong leadership, financial and analytical skills

· Minimum 3 – 6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate / investment banking

· Significant experience with Excel / financial modeling. Knowledge of Argus a plus

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as a team member

· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
