Venture Capital Associate (Deep-Tech Focus)
📍 Location: Munich, Germany
Our client, a leading venture capital firm based in Germany, is looking for an Associate to join their Munich team. Specializing in deep-tech investments, they back visionary entrepreneurs shaping the future of technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate high-potential deep-tech startups.
- Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Support portfolio companies with strategic and operational guidance.
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts.
Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in VC, investment banking, consulting, or deep-tech startups.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Passion for deep-tech innovations (AI, robotics, semiconductors, etc.).
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Fluent in English and German
