Worklife is an early stage venture capital firm that writes the first check to technical founders and helps with go-to-market.
We’re looking an investment analyst intern to help with the following responsibilities:
- Market research including market maps of specific areas we’re actively investing ie: AI, enterprise software, infrastructure and security
- Competitive analysis and trends reporting
- Diligence support on a deal by deal basis
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program in finance, mathematics, software engineering or a related field
- Passion for startups and a strong interest in venture capital
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
- Previous experience in finance, consulting, or ideally venture capital are a plus
This is a paid internship opportunity with flexible hours (approximately 10-20 hours per week) designed to provide valuable experience and networking opportunities in venture capital and startup ecosystem. Compensation for this role is $18/hour.
Interns will have the chance to work closely with our investment team and gain insight into various aspects of running a venture firm.
