Location: Remote, must be available during Pacific Time Zones
Reports to: Founder & Managing Partner

The Analyst Role
Ideal for those looking to start their own company or help build a portfolio of successful businesses, this role offers exposure to both the investment process and operational growth. You’ll work closely with our founder and partners to assess early-stage companies and optimize their go-to-market strategies, while contributing to customer acquisition systems that drive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate early-stage companies within B2B services, SaaS, talent, staffing, and HR tech.
- Conduct market and industry research to shape and support investment theses.
- Develop financial models and investment memos for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including assessing business models and customer acquisition potential.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek ambitious candidates with 2-3 years of private equity, venture capital, or related investment experience, particularly in deal sourcing and due diligence. Ideal applicants are proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow with a small, fast-paced firm.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling and market research skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or talent-focused sectors is a plus.
- Must thrive in a dynamic environment and work US/Pacific time zone hours.
