VC Analyst @ The Aligned Fund in Remote

I’m making my first hire to help me build The Aligned Fund – a venture capital firm that leads a low volume of high conviction investments into software companies at the early stages of product-market fit.

I’m looking for someone who’s willing to do a little bit of everything – calendar management, expenses, and travel; outreach to market experts for diligence; systematization of manual processes using software; CRM management; back office operations; event planning; and more.

The perfect person is detail-oriented, low ego, highly autonomous and self-motivated, a fast learner, and eager to take ownership over making the firm operate 10x more efficiently.
