VC Analyst @ RSJ Investments in Prague, Czech Republic

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team of senior colleagues for our real estate and development portfolio. Your task will be to cover the portfolio, especially in terms of financial analysis and support for evaluating investment opportunities

Role list:

We see the future in interesting and unique projects from commercial real estate to residential development. We currently have projects under construction in Prague, Bratislava and the Baltics. As an investment analyst, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cash flow models and evaluating investment opportunities. You will prepare valuations and investment memoranda for the fund management. Your task will also be to perform internal due diligence for individual projects and support the external due diligence process . Deciding on a specific investment is never easy and many aspects need to be considered, so we will appreciate your support and advice in evaluating projects in the portfolio from a long-term perspective. You will cooperate with other team members and with management.

What do we expect from the ideal candidate?

• Completed university education , ideally in economics
• approx. 2 years of work experience in cash flow modeling (PE/VC, transaction consulting, project financing or real estate consulting)
• Knowledge of real estate markets is a big plus
• advanced knowledge of Excel  (advanced functions, pivot tables)
• communicative knowledge of English
• analytical thinking
• attention to detail, independence
• knowledge of valuation approaches and methods
