We are a group of four angel investors who teamed up three years ago to back bold founders together. Our focus: B2B, tech-driven, super early-stage startups in Europe. In addition, we are exploring the world of consumer goods.

We invest up to 100k of our own money in each company and provide hands-on support to founders, including help with fundraising strategy, B2B client introductions, and access to the Austrian market.

About the Role

Are you curious about the world of venture investing? Excited to explore cutting-edge technologies and meet founders shaping the future? Then this role is for you.

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Investment Analyst to support us across the full investment lifecycle – from sourcing deals to supporting our portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing – Spotting and screening promising early-stage startups and founders
• Analysis & Due Diligence – Running financial, market, and competitive analyses
• Portfolio Support – Tracking portfolio KPIs and supporting company updates
• Research & Trends – Monitoring industry shifts and emerging technologies
• Process Building – Helping us improve workflows, including the smart use of AI tools
• Network Building – Supporting relationships with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem partners

What You Bring

• First exposure to startups, angel investing, or VC
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess business models critically
• Technical backgrounds welcome
• Independent, structured work style with a sense of ownership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
