Notus Technologies
Notus Technologies is the Family Office of Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux, which he founded in 2014 after 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. Notus Technologies aims to support entrepreneurs in the development of their businesses or managers looking to launch their own businesses and needing financial, strategic, or operational support.
The company carries out three types of activities:
- Majority investments in SMEs with a turnover of €3 to €30 million in two sectors:
u- Gastronomy/delicatessen: brings together the companies Oliviers&Co, Le Fondant Baulois, Benoit Chocolats and BienManger.com with the aim of bringing together iconic premium food brands, made in France, in order to support their commercial development in France and throughout the world
– Outdoor: brings together the companies Chullanka, Amsterdam Air, Nihola France and Douze Cycles (manufacturers and/or multi-channel distributors of products for outdoor sports and leisure) and intends to bring together other manufacturers and distributors in this field, with a particular interest in soft mobility
- Venture Capital: participation in startup fundraising with tickets from €50k to €500k, through direct investment in companies such as Wecasa, Mercateam, Jolly Mama, Bon Vivant, Monisnap, La Consigne GreenGo
- Minority investments in SMEs
All of the investments include around 300 employees and generate more than €70 million in turnover (excluding minority interests and startups).

Origin
- Search for new investment opportunities (startups and SMEs), contact with target companies
- Carrying out market studies, competitive analysis
Techn
Deal flow analysis
- Financial and strategic analysis of files received, drafting of investment notes
- Presenting investment opportunities to the rest of the team
- Participation in discussions with target company managers
- Participation in monitoring due diligence, negotiating legal documentation, negotiating bank financing, etc.
Investment management
- Carry out weekly monitoring of portfolio holdings in conjunction with other team members
- Carry out ad hoc missions on strategic and operational subjects with the managers of the investments
- Help structure acquisitions made, establish synergies between holdings
- Participate in the strategic committees of SMEs and startups in the portfolio
- Participate in the preparation of reports
- DAF/RAF missions on certain investments
Internal
- Participation / contribution to internal Notus projects
Desired profile
- Business or engineering school with a specialization in finance
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services/restructuring, operational or strategy consulting (including internships)
- Good knowledge of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sensitivity to operational issues
- The great diversity of the subjects covered requires a certain curiosity of mind and a good capacity for adaptation.
- Rigor, reliability, ability to work independently
- An interest in the worlds of delicatessen, outdoor, and e-commerce would be a plus.
Location: Paris 8th
Remuneration: Fixed (€45k-€50k) + Bonus (€5k)
