VC Analyst @ Multiple Capital in Berlin, Germany

We back the next generation of venture capital—investing in micro VCs (sub-50M fund size), emerging managers, and solo GPs across Europe and the US. Since 2013, we’ve invested in 56 VC funds through three fund generations, including standout names like Entrepreneurs First, Capnamic, Air Street Capital & Lunar Ventures.

What You’ll Do

This is a 2-year, full-time analyst role based in Berlin, designed for someone looking to break into venture capital and gain deep exposure across the VC ecosystem. You’ll be working closely with our General Partner and small team on tasks including:

• Conducting market and fund due diligence on new investment opportunities
• Assisting with LP reporting and portfolio analyses
• Building internal tools and systems to support our dealflow and reporting processes
• Participating in fund operations and research projects
• Supporting and engaging with our portfolio of GPs
• Helping run our community-building activities and events

What We’re Looking For

Your background:

• Outstanding academic track record and extracurricular engagement
• In your final year or recently completed a university degree
• Prior internship or work experience at a VC fund, startup, or in tech/finance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Solid research and analytical abilities

• Genuine interest in technology, startups, and venture capital
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Curious, humble, and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within our team and with external partners
