As a leading player in impact investing, Lita offers a range of financing solutions to meet all of a company’s equity financing needs: equity and quasi-equity, from seed funding to scaling up, across 3 core business areas:

  • venture capital (startups),
  • private debt (SMEs & mid-sized companies),
  • project financing (renewable energy & infrastructure),

We are primarily targeting 6 major sectors of activity closely linked to the challenges of ecological and social transition: agriculture & food; energy, industry & materials; responsible consumption; training, integration & education; health & accessibility; housing, project management and responsible use.

The team capitalizes on over €250 million invested in lead, co-lead or follower investments ranging from €300k to €5 million.

The group is experiencing strong growth, with the ambition of becoming the leading responsible investment platform in Europe. In addition to the platform’s participatory and citizen-led investment activities, we are deploying an impact investment fund through our management company.

You will join a management team of 10 senior analysts, managers and investment directors passionate about impact investing with specific expertise and the opportunity to work directly with each of them.

Within the Analysis Department, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Originating deals across all represented verticals by participating in an ambitious prospecting strategy and commercial approach: continuous sector monitoring, building databases on impact themes to explore, reflecting on prospecting methodologies, initial discussions with entrepreneurs to assess the suitability of their project to LITA financing offers.
  • Project analysis (financial, strategic, market, impact due diligence, etc.): participation in interviews with entrepreneurs and possible site visits, review of key documents, drafting of investment notes and presentation to the investment committee, support for the execution of post-committee investment opportunities.
  • Occasional monitoring of portfolio investments.

This experience will give you the opportunity to: work on 100% impact projects at all stages of development (early stage to mature SME); develop your knowledge across a wide range of sectors and financial products; and interact directly with project leaders who are as exciting as they are committed to future social and environmental issues.

6-month internship, starting in June or September 2026 (flexible start dates – to be discussed).

Compensation will depend on the level of study and any scholarships received.

Swile card (€10/day meal vouchers), sustainable mobility package €45.4/month.

4.5 day week for trainees.

One day of paid leave per month of internship, which can be accumulated.


Desired profile

This position is for you: if you are inspired and convinced by responsible investment practices and the need to rethink the role of businesses in our economy, and if you see yourself in the following profile:

  • You have a Master’s degree (BAC+5) and a background in business or engineering; recent graduates are preferred.
  • You have developed excellent analytical and data research skills during your previous experiences: a minimum of 6 months in a similar role (in Venture Capital, Private Equity or investment funds) or in corporate finance with a strong analytical component on financial, strategic, market aspects, etc.
  • You possess excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesize a range of information effectively (in French and English).
  • You have good communication skills and you enjoy alternating between working independently and as part of a team .
  • You pay close attention to detail, you are rigorous in your work.
  • You know how to be proactive and take initiative when you have the opportunity.
