For our team, we are looking for qualified and committed colleagues who want to actively contribute to the further development of the German and European venture and growth capital market. You will support the transaction team in the entire investment process of KfW Capital, in entering into fund investments and in ongoing fund management. Become part of our team and support us at our Frankfurt am Main location as soon as possible as an investment analyst (f/m/d) for venture and growth capital funds.
Your future tasks
- Participation in the entire investment process for venture and growth capital fund investments
- Support with due diligence of target funds
- Identifying opportunities and risks in target funds and supporting transaction structuring
- Support of the investment managers (m/f/d) in the ongoing management of our fund investments
- Collaboration in product development, especially process design of a new product for financing emerging managers
- Participation in contract management and fund administration in the existing portfolio
- Support for cross-topic projects
What you bring with you
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Initial knowledge of the venture capital market or startup affinity and impact investing is an advantage
- Fluent English skills
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and analytical skills
- Above-average decision-making ability and result orientation
- Ability to take responsibility and prioritize tasks
- Concise written and graphical representation of complex issues
- Willingness to work constructively in the transaction team, even under time pressure
- Willingness to work on projects and take on ad-hoc tasks
