Your Role :
As a VC Analyst Intern, you’ll support the Inovexus team in sourcing, analyzing, and accelerating top-tier early-stage B2B startups across Europe. You’ll be involved throughout the startup selection and investment process, helping us identify high-potential founders and contributing to their success through our accelerator and investor network.
You’ll operate at the heart of the European startup ecosystem, interacting daily with founders, investors, and mentors.
What you’re up to with us :
You will participate in all key activities of the Inovexus model:
- Startup sourcing: Identify and qualify high-potential B2B tech startups in Europe and beyond
- Investment analysis / Due diligence: Support deep-dive calls, market research, financial review, and risk assessment for selected deals
- CRM management: Maintain and update the dealflow pipeline, structure startup data, and ensure smooth tracking of founder and investor interactions.
- Strategic projects: Organize Demo Days and co-investment events and run in-depth studies on emerging tech verticals
Who we’re looking for :
🎓 Education: Final/gap year student from a top business or engineering school, ideally with prior experience in VC, PE or startups
💡 Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact with entrepreneurs and investors
- 🚀 Mindset: Curious, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- 🧠 Tools: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Notion is a plus
