VC Analyst @ IMPETUS Capital in Bulgaria

Impetus Capital, a VC/PE fund manager, is seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to support the investment team throughout the entire investment cycle. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in producing high-quality financial analysis and reports, working closely with the Investment Director and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

· Sourcing, evaluating, and presenting potential investment opportunities;

· Supporting due diligence processes for prospective investments;

· Monitoring portfolio companies post-investment;

· Assisting with financial modeling, preparation of investment analyses, and valuations;

· Conducting sector-specific research.

Qualifications

· Up to 1 year of relevant experience in financial services or a related field;

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends;

· Good understanding of financial statement analysis, modelling, and valuation techniques;

· Familiarity with core economic and finance principles;

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;

· Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity;

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision;
