• Support in fundraising, operations and start-up sourcing (including scouting and due diligence)
• Participation in the further development of the company strategy and identification of new growth opportunities
• Support in business development, especially in expanding the investor network, developing pooling offers and other business areas
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to derive strategic recommendations for action

• Above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading university
• First practical experience in strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital or in the business development of a top start-up
• Motivation to continuously learn and strong team player qualities
• Talent for setting priorities and completing tasks in a structured and reliable manner
• Interest in start-ups, innovation and venture capital
• Fluent German and English
