VC Analyst @ Enpal in Berlin, Germany

• As part of Dragon’s Venture Development Team, you will be a key figure in the operational business and make a significant contribution to scaling our new heat pump venture. 
• From day one, you will independently take on projects within Dragon’s product funnel and be responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of your initiatives. 
• You work cross-functionally with stakeholders from different departments and leadership levels to develop solutions and thus enable further company growth. 

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or scientific discipline from a top university and are among the best in your year. 
• You have up to one year of work experience in a start-up, consulting, venture capital or similar areas. 
• You have a natural feel for complex relationships and excellent communication skills in German and English, which enables you to communicate internally and externally with stakeholders on an equal footing. 
• You set the highest quality standards for yourself and have a strong sense of responsibility. 
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are highly motivated to develop innovative ideas and turn them into reality.
