Adeo Ressi and the team at Decile Capital are looking for an Analyst to help scale our emerging manager investment strategy.
And I get to help find the right person.
As our analyst, you’re the operational spine of institutional venture capital fundraising.
The person we hire will see how the entire machine actually runs from the inside.
Here’s what the role looks like:
1) Research LPs, family offices, and institutional allocators
2) Track pipelines and own LP follow-ups end to end.
3) Support diligence workflows and prep materials that go in front of real money.
4) Assist with dealflow intake and internal briefing notes.
5) Keep the CRM tight and drive operational improvements that make the whole team move faster.
We’re looking for someone with 0-3 years of experience. Someone who’s organized, fast, and renetless about follow-through.
Prior fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
What matters is you have sharp judgment, strong writing, and the ability to manage a high volume of detail without dropping balls.
Compensation is at $85,000 for the analyst role.
Fully remote with preference for U.S. candidates on the west coast (PT hours).
