It is in this context we are seeking an exceptionally dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as an Investment Analyst.

We are seeking an exceptional dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as an Investment Analyst. As an integral member of the investment team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. What awaits you

Deal Sourcing and Evaluation

• Proactively identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess the potential of prospective investments.

Due Diligence

• Perform thorough due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market positioning and competitive landscape assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal, clinical, regulatory, commercialization and operational aspects of potential investments.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment scenarios and potential returns.

General Partners support

• Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Clearly communicate investment theses, risks, and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
• Support to the portfolio companies.
• Portfolio reporting.
• Creating investment proposals and presentations for internal and external use.

Industry research

• Stay informed and prepare reports about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to contribute valuable insights to the investment decision-making process.
• Conducting research and analysis of the market and industry trends.

Whom are we looking for

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD Degree in medicine, biomedicine, or tech-related disciplines.
• Business studies (MBA) is a plus.
• Analytical skills for data-based evaluation.
• Independent way of working and a high degree of initiative evaluation.
• Self-driven, ambitious and excellent at teamwork.
• High-level communication / presenting skills.
• Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health and/or technology business models
• Experience in working with startups and venture capital is a plus.
