Currently, 1kx is on the lookout for a driven, meticulous individual to join the team as an Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will integrate with the fund operations team, liaising closely with both partners and investment experts. The ideal candidate is envisioned to be pivotal in handling diverse operational aspects of our business, encompassing account initialization, document organization, fund oversight, portfolio administration, engaging with present and prospective investors, and aiding in investor presentations.

What you offer:
- Self-starter thriving on challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Min. 4 years of experience in operational/financial roles at technology startups, investment banks, service providers, or consulting firms
- Diligent and detail-oriented
- Excellent English communication skills
- Technology/internet native
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Run the monthly NAV reporting process alongside our administrator
- Perform regular reconciliations, as well as daily cash and treasury reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Manage and update marketing materials, ensuring they accurately reflect the fund’s status
- Handle Investor queries, redemption, subscription and onboarding communications
- Assist with the yearly audit across two funds
- Support partners with ad hoc assignments
- Analyze and improve the structure of the fund, including fund restructuring / setting up SPVs / incorporating new entities / onboarding new platforms
