Senior VC Manager @ Finch Capital in Amsterdam, Netherlands

We are looking for a (Senior) Investment Manager to join Finch Capital, a leading European growth equity investor focused on B2B Software & Fintech.

You will:

• Lead deal evaluation & execution (financial modelling, valuation, DD, structuring, negotiations) ±40% of time
• Drive value creation in portfolio companies (go-to-market, hiring, KPIs, buy & build, exit prep) ±60% of time
• Work closely with CEOs/CFOs and coach junior team members

You bring:

• 5–9 years experience, including at least 2 years in VC / PE / growth equity / scale-up
