This role will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing venture investments, as well as supporting the collaboration between portfolio companies and internal business units.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Identify and source investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, venture firms, accelerators, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Perform financial analysis, market assessment, and business model evaluation for potential investments.
- Support management of existing portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic guidance.
- Facilitate collaboration between portfolio companies and internal business units to maximize synergies.
- Monitor industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for portfolio companies.
- Assist in developing and refining investment strategies and processes.
- Provide thought leadership by preparing reports and presentations on market insights and trends.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, Private Equity, Banking, Strategy, or a similar analytical role, ideally including deal experience with technology companies
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, Private Equity, Banking, Strategy, or a similar analytical role, ideally including deal experience with technology companies
- University degree
- Previous experience in financial modelling, data analysis and market research
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of products specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
