We are now expanding our Warsaw team with a Senior Associate, who will play a key role in sourcing, analyzing and supporting investments across the region.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Investment Sourcing & Analysis
- Identify and evaluate early-growth stage companies in software, software-enabled hardware, medical devices
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and financial analysis
- Set-up and develop tech stack for investment sourcing, profiling and outreach
📊 Due Diligence & Deal Execution
- Support financial modelling, data-room analysis and preparation of investment memos
- Coordinate technical and commercial due diligence processes
- Assist in drafting Investment Committee materials and recommendations
🤝 Portfolio Support
- Work directly with portfolio founders to track business progress and identify areas of required support
- Design data dashboards and performance tracking systems across the portfolio.
🧠 Internal Operations & AI-Driven Workflows
- Implement and maintain AI-based workflows for deal flow management, data enrichment, CRM integrations and reporting
- Experiment with automation and data tools to improve internal processes
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging AI tools for VCs
Requirements
Must-have
- Min. 2–3 years of experience in venture capital/PE, investment banking, consulting or a tech startup
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Polish)
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools
- Ability to design AI-driven workflows (e.g., integrating dealflow data between CRM, email, and research tools)
- Based in Warsaw
Nice-to-have
- Technical understanding of software products or data infrastructure
- Previous exposure to startup product management or founder experience
- Familiarity with open-source AI tools and data-pipeline integrations (n8n, zapier, APIs, Python basics).
