Senior Associate Investor Relations in Anthos Capital in Santa Monica, CA

Anthos Capital

Anthos Capital (“Anthos”) is an investment partner to exceptional entrepreneurs building leading growth-stage companies. We invest in and help support disruptive companies that positively impact their markets and communities, while generating strong shareholder returns. Anthos was founded in 2007, manages assets totaling more than $3 billion, and is headquartered in Los Angeles with outposts in Seattle, San Francisco, New York, and Charlotte.

The Investor Relations (IR) Associate will support investor relations, fundraising, co-investment, and external communications activities across Anthos and its funds. This includes involvement in, and in some cases leading, the underlying processes, reporting, and creation of materials that allow Anthos to be thoughtful, accurate, responsive and efficient to its internal and external constituents:

  • Anthos IR’s primary “customer” is the range of limited partners (LPs) already committed to Anthos (e.g., endowments, pensions, family offices, foundations), as well as prospective LPs with whom Anthos is building relationships for potential future commitments.
  • Internally, the IR team’s “customers” are Anthos’ leadership and other teams, all of whom use IR information and materials.

The IR Associate role is comprehensive and dynamic, and includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Involvement in other projects, such as Anthos’ ESG efforts and global conference considerations and preparations.
  • Maintenance of key benchmark data. Maintain Anthos’ information on Preqin, Crunchbase, Pitchbook, and other databases. Report to broader IR team how Anthos’ funds are tracking vs. benchmarks.
