Overview: SeaX Ventures is a global venture capital firm with approximately USD 70 million in assets under management, investing in deep tech, early-stage companies worldwide.
The Portfolio Manager and Investor Relations at SeaX will play a critical role overseeing the investment portfolio, managing relationships with our Limited Partners (LPs), and supporting fundraising efforts. This multifaceted role requires a blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Management: Strategically oversee the investment portfolio, guide portfolio
companies, and assist in capital raising efforts when necessary.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact among portfolio companies, the
investment team, LPs, and other stakeholders, creating synergies and fostering collaborative
partnerships.
3. Investor Relations Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with LPs, providing
regular, transparent updates on fund performance, market insights, and investment strategies.
4. Fundraising Support: Assist fundraising efforts by creating materials, conducting market
research, and engaging with prospective investors.
5. Investment Team Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to the investment team, including deal
screening, due diligence, and analytical evaluations.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing reports and
insights for diverse audiences.
