Operations Analyst @ JCW in Remote

A leading venture capital and private equity firm is seeking a seasoned Investment Operations Analyst with a strong background in private equity or venture capital. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our investment operations by managing portfolio modeling, performing investment diligence, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline operational processes.

This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or a related financial role
• Expertise in portfolio management, investment diligence, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating financial statements and preparing comprehensive reports
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools such as Excel, VBA, or relevant financial software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
