What profile are we looking for?
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to lead and professionalize our relationship with our network of current and future investors. This person will be responsible for managing end-to-end conversations with new investors—both institutional and private, national and international—and also for monitoring and supporting the fund’s current LPs.
The main functions of the role will be:
- Identification, contact, and relationship management with new investors (private, institutional, family offices, public organizations).
- Maintaining and updating relationships with existing investors.
- Preparation and development of marketing materials: presentations, portfolio updates, reports, etc.
- Collaboration in defining the investment thesis, sales pitch, and fund narrative.
- Organization and participation in events with investors, both internal and external.
- Support in brand positioning actions and institutional presence of the fund.
Requirements and capabilities
The ideal profile combines interpersonal skills, financial knowledge, and commercial orientation, with the motivation to grow within an agile and innovative management company.
We are looking for a person with:
- Previous experience in investor relations, institutional sales, or business development in the financial sector, preferably in alternative products.
- Knowledge of outbound sales processes and long-term business relationship cycles. Good understanding of investment vehicles, fund KPIs, and venture capital dynamics.
- Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and structuredly, both orally and in writing.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required); other languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel promptly for investor meetings or relevant events.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy and goal orientation.

Selection process

- A brief case study focused on your approach to investor relations strategy.
- Final interview with fund partners.
