We are an established, New York–based crypto venture capital firm with nine years of operating history and a strong track record of investing across market cycles. The firm maintains long-standing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Role Description

We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support LP relationships, investor communications, and internal coordination. This role works closely with senior leadership and the investment team, reporting into the General Partner.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for limited partners and prospective investors
• Support investor communications and relationship management
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of investor updates, quarterly reports, and performance materials
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events
• Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams
• Maintain investor records and CRM systems with accuracy and discretion

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investor relations at an asset manager, including but not limited to a large wealth platform, a private equity or venture capital firm or hedge fund
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional clients is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, collaborative, and client-oriented demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in venture capital or digital assets is a plus, not a requirement

Salary Range

List $100,000-$125,000
