We’re hiring an Investor Relations Associate in Tampa. 📢

Florida Funders is one of the most active early-stage VC firms in the Southeast — $300M AUM, 4 funds, 90+ SPVs, and 115+ portfolio companies. Small team, fast-moving, real ownership from day one.

This role sits at the center of our investor network: prospecting new LPs, activating investors into deals, managing relationships, and supporting our fundraising infrastructure. You’ll work directly with me and have broad exposure to everything we do.

We’re looking for someone with 2 to 5 years in financial services who is organized, aggressive, and relationship-driven. Prior VC experience is not required, but sales or investor relations experience is a must.
