IR Analyst @ Goanna Capital in West Palm Beach, FL

Goanna Capital invests in the most ambitious technology companies shaping our future. With a focus on backing category-defining companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Ramp, Anduril, Databricks, and OpenEvidence, we are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join our West Palm Beach team as we deploy our sixth fund.

This role is for ideal for someone who is passionate about a career in IR and is motivated to accelerate their career journey working directly alongside Goanna’s founder.

What You’ll Do

• Drive LP outreach and fundraising across our funds and co-investments, from prospect sequencing and CRM management to DDQ responses and closing materials.
• Own LP communications end-to-end, managing quarterly letters, portfolio updates, and ad-hoc requests that keep every investor informed and engaged.
• Build the materials that move deals forward, data room management, pitch decks, co-investment memos, and track record packages.
• Run the operational backbone of our IR function, capital calls, distributions, KYC/KYB onboarding, SPV and Fund tracking, and closing documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or investor relations.
• Strong communication skills. You’ll interact directly with LPs, founders, fund managers, service providers, and advisors and should be comfortable representing the firm professionally.
• Excellent written communication. A large part of the role involves drafting investor communications, investment updates, fundraising materials, and diligence responses.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail. You’ll be managing multiple fundraising processes, investor requests, subscriptions, capital calls, and internal projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibility and limited oversight.
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL (Required).
