Where We Are Headed
Over the past few years, there has been a necessary reckoning in the venture capital industry, where
the traditional “growth at all costs” mindset has been challenged and disrupted. As many funds reel
and reposition, there is a massive opportunity for any organization that is consistently authentic,
humble, and focused. We are eager to assume the privilege and burden of applying healthy pressure
to what is broken in venture capital and entrepreneurship. We are seeking another individual who is
fiercely committed to sidestepping paths of least resistance to deliver outsized returns to investors
through excellent capital allocation and radical founder care.
Earlier this year, we closed our second fund, a significant step forward for our firm. We have invested in
11 companies to date and intend to make 10-15 more investments over the next 18-24 months. That’s
where you come in.
About the Role
We are hiring an Investment Sourcing Lead to serve as our first point of contact for founders. You will be our firm’s “front door,” architecting and leading our sourcing engine:
- You will design an innovative outbound sourcing strategy, helping us create market maps, and
will cultivate meaningful relationships across our ecosystem of founders and co-investors. - You will lead our inbound opportunity process by establishing a relationship with the founder(s)
- You will set up and prep partner calls with crisp briefs, surface the right questions fast, and move opportunities to a clear yes/no with speed and respect. You will balance your autonomy and speed with genuine empathy, reflecting our commitment to be the firm where capital and care converge.
Success looks like a dependable, data-driven top-of-funnel approach: consistent weekly founder
meetings, higher conversion rates from screening calls to partner calls, and tight write-ups that
separate signal from noise. You will run the operating system for our pipeline, allowing the partnership
to select and win the right 8-12 investments per year.
Investment Sourcing Lead
While you’ll naturally represent the firm in founder-facing settings, your focus is sourcing, qualification,
and pipeline velocity, not content or brand campaigns. Your work strengthens the flywheel by
improving selection quality, sharpening our information advantage, and delivering a consistent,
founder-respectful process from first touch to decision.

decision memos - Pipeline management: keeps deals organized, on pace, and prioritized
- Research & analysis: identifies overlooked verticals and promising founders others might miss
About You

entrepreneurship, and startups is exciting, it is the relationships, influence, and impact on others that
truly motivate and energize you.
