Role:
As the Head of Research, you will be a pivotal leader in our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance our research capabilities, ensuring the platform is up-to-date with company information, creating high-quality social media posts/newsletters, and deal analyses.

Responsibilities:
- Research Leadership: Oversee the entire research lifecycle, from initial company evaluation to the updation of company information on our platform. Ensure that all research outputs are thorough and provide actionable insights for our investors.
- Industry Analysis: Having a pulse on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify potential investment opportunities would be one of the responsibilities of the role.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes, reviewing all research outputs to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with investment relations representatives to present research findings, providing clear and compelling narratives supporting investment decisions.
- Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously refine and improve our research processes and outputs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in investments or research, preferably within a VC or a large financial institution.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality research reports and industry analyses.
- Strong understanding of pre-IPO / startup investments and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Some leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop employees under you.
- Based in the U.S.
