Blank is a San Francisco-based early-stage VC investing from its $65M Fund I, specializing in fintech and commerce. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Head of Ops to supercharge our fund operations.

Your role as Head of Ops:
- Collaborate with the founding GPs and manage relationships with vendors (Audit, Finance, Tax, and Fund Admin).
- Build portfolio infrastructure to efficiently track metrics for a growing portfolio of 20+ companies.
- Support LP relationship management.
- Oversee community initiatives, including event planning and marketing with GPs and external stakeholders.
- Manage the firm’s Mission-based HQ.
- Take on ad hoc special projects.
About You:
- Passionate about building from zero to one, with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking to productize services and support portfolio founders.
- Flexible and adaptable, seamlessly managing Operations, Investor Relations, Brand & Community, and Finance tasks.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to respond. Early-stage work is dynamic and fast paced.
- A people person, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Remarkable work ethic. We value work-life balance, but this is not a 9-5 role.
- Low ego – treats administrative tasks with the same attitude as higher-profile work.
- Bonus: Experience in the tech startup ecosystem and an interest in technology, fintech, and commerce.
Job Qualifications:
- In person in San Francisco 4 days per week.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience from either a VC, startup(s), operations or an agency.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
