Head of Operations @ Array Ventures in San Francisco, CA

With over $250M in AUM across 4 funds, the firm has invested in 80+ companies with successful exits to F500 companies like Paypal, Amazon, and Apple. Array Ventures helps companies with product positioning, GTM, early customer development, and fundraising.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Operations located in San Francisco, CA. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks so the investment team can succeed at investing.

Responsibilities for the include:

– Events: Organization, Schedule, Sponsor management, Invites, Attendees

– Portfolio: Help with potential events, intros hiring, and support, mine our network

– Technology: Use tools to increase productivity such as AI tools to search, mine network, help with intros, tools to track projects, etc

– Marketing: Put together long form content schedule, newsletters, quarterly updates

– Firm Management: Employees, Vendors, etc.

– Finance/Legal: Fund back office management with SEC, new hires, compliance calendar, Tax/Audit/Legal vendor management.

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum experience at a startup in a senior role
• Bachelors degree
• Analytical Skills and Team Management abilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in a similar role with proven success
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the venture capital or startup ecosystem is a plus

Salary

• $150K-200k depending on the experience.
• No relocation expense
