Head of Investor Relations (Europe- or Asia-Based)
Purpose: Ami Capital Fund I (the “Fund”) is seeking to hire a Head of IR (remote; Europe- or Asia-Based) to support the team in fundraising and deployment efforts.
About the Fund:
Ami Capital is a cross-border consumer investment firm backing high growth brands at the intersection of longevity, lifestyle, sports, and entertainment.
The firm invests in category defining consumer platforms with strong brand equity, engaged communities, and scalable global distribution. Ami focuses particularly on companies expanding across international markets, with a strong emphasis on supporting Western consumer brands as they scale into Asia.
The team brings experience across private equity, venture capital, and consumer brand building, alongside a global network of founders, investors, and strategic partners across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Ami Capital is currently raising its inaugural fund ($45m first close in March 2026, with a $75m target and $100m hard cap) and is seeking a Head of IR to help lead capital formation and build the firm’s global investor base.
Roles Overview:
The Head of IR will play a central role in building and managing Ami Capital’s relationships with limited partners globally, with a particular focus on investors across Asia.
This individual will work closely with the General Partners and the wider team on fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and ongoing LP engagement.
As Ami Capital is a small and entrepreneurial team of fewer than ten people, the role also provides meaningful exposure to the investing side of the platform. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to deal sourcing, research, and investment processes while helping build the firm’s investor network (as well as participation in the fund’s carry performance)
Investor Relations
- Build and manage relationships with family offices, high net worth individuals, and institutional investors • Lead investor outreach efforts across Asia and other key investor markets
- Coordinate due diligence processes with prospective investors
- Support fundraising activities for Ami Capital’s current and future funds
- Prepare investor materials including presentations, fund updates, and quarterly reports • Manage the firm’s LP pipeline and investor CRM
- Support ongoing communication and engagement with existing investors
Investment Platform Support
- Assist with sourcing new investment opportunities across consumer sectors
- Conduct research across consumer, wellness, sports, and lifestyle industries
- Support investment due diligence and preparation of internal investment materials
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives with portfolio companies
This role offers significant exposure to both fundraising and investing, providing a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of a venture investment platform.
Candidate Profile:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in investor relations, private banking, private wealth management, venture capital, private equity, or asset management
- Strong network among family offices, private investors, or institutional LPs
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strong interest in consumer brands, culture driven platforms, and global consumer trends • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a small, fast-moving team
- Based in Asia or Europe with the ability to travel across major investor markets
This is a senior hire and a key role in building Ami Capital’s long term investor base.
Location:
This is a remote role. Candidates based in Asia or Europe are preferred, with the expectation of regular travel across key investor hubs such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, London, and other global financial centers.
