Revere Partners is the first independent venture capital fund focused on the oral health care sector. Our mission is to identify opportunities for investors and provide capital for cutting-edge innovations in the oral and systemic health sectors. We’ve spent our careers helping startups raise funds so they can put their products into the hands of providers and patients. To date, we’ve found investors are mostly unaware of the benefits that oral health investments can bring to any equity portfolio. Revere Partners is determined to change the landscape of dental and systemic health ventures—bringing market awareness, business acumen, and the top minds in the field together to elevate innovations and optimize both patient and provider experience.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Fundraising to join the team at Revere Partners. We have high net worth individuals, family offices and Fortune 500 strategic partners entrusting us with their capital. You are a magnet for that. You strategize, organize, and execute the increase in assets under management. This means you pick up the phone, take the meetings, wine, dine and convey Revere’s investment philosophy and value proposition to the right people. This role reports directly to the General Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors (high net worth individuals, angel investors, family offices and strategic corporate venture arms).
- Eloquently articulate Revere’s investment philosophy, strategy and core mission to all current and potential investors.
- Work with potential investors through their diligence, subscription and onboarding process.
- Oversee the Investor Relations team responsible for managing relationships with our current LPs, monitoring investor lifecycle and responding to any and all inquiries.
- Provide direction on all investor-facing content – marketing, communications, pitchbooks, and reports.
Requirements:
- Required 7+ Years of prior fundraising experience in high growth start-ups, private equity or venture capital with proven track record of fundraising success. Solid understanding of the venture capital and healthcare space
- Demonstrated track record of raising $50M+ for a Venture Capital firm
- Prior experience pitching investment strategies to investors with varying degrees of sophistication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in an unstructured, cross-culture environment with high expectations.
- Ambitious, curious and passionate about healthcare start-ups, venture capital and innovation.
- Sales driven mindset and personality.
Salary
$150,000 – $250,000 per year
